Q: What are your hours?
A: Our studio hours are Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. We are out of the studio setting up weddings and events on Weekends.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are currently online and telephone order only.
Q: The flowers I ordered on-line did not look exactly like the flowers on your website. Why is that?
A: As stated in our policy section, at the time of purchase, if the flowers shown are not in season or available to us your designer will replace that flower with another flower of like color, size and price.
Q: How often do you get fresh flower deliveries?
A: We get fresh flowers delivered to us bi-weekly
Q: How soon can I get something delivered?
A: We offer next day delivery Monday- Friday 9am-4pm
Q: What if I want a custom arrangement?
A: Custom arrangements are available upon request
Q: Do you offer sympathy arrangements?

Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver all over Tucson.
Q: What happens if Alexis Grace Florals is unable to make the delivery?
A: If our driver is unable to make the delivery after the first attempt we will then contact the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery day and time. If after two attempts the delivery is not complete the arrangement will be brought back to the studio and the sender will be contacted and an additional delivery charge will be added for the third attempt.
